Who Am I?

I am the weak reed he will not break. I am the flickering candle he will not put out….

These days I don’t bother asking myself questions that have no answers; partly because I don’t care what the answer is. It’s all irrelevant when I know exactly what I am.

I am the weak reed he will not break. The flickering candle he will not put out. The blind who walks like he sees, the deaf who nods like he hears and he is the God I trust.

Don’t ask me how, don’t ask me why or when. The only thing more asinine than these questions is trying to answer them. I couldn’t care less where the wind blows. I am the weak reed he will not break, the flickering flame he will not put out.
